Terms and Conditions for Online Bookings

By placing a booking request through our online system, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Pending Status of Online Bookings


All bookings made online are considered pending until confirmed by us. Submitting a request does not guarantee your selected time or date.


2. Booking Confirmation


You will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or phone call once your booking has been reviewed and approved. Only upon confirmation is the booking considered final.


3. Scheduling Adjustments


We reserve the right to propose adjustments to the requested booking time to:

• Fit within our existing diary and availability.

• Ensure the appropriate amount of time is allocated for the specific service requested.


You will be contacted to discuss alternative options if necessary.


4. Service Allocation


Certain services may require more or less time than selected. If we determine that additional time is needed based on your request, we may adjust the schedule accordingly. This will be communicated during the confirmation process.


5. Deposits


A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment once confirmed. This will be communicated to you during the confirmation process and must be paid within the stated time to hold your booking. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the release of your appointment slot.


6. Age Restrictions


Due to insurance requirements:

• Clients must be 16years or older for certain treatments.

• Proof of age may be required at your appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if the client is underage or fails to provide valid identification.


7. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy


Failure to attend a confirmed booking without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee and could affect your ability to book future appointments. Late arrivals may reduce your service time or require rescheduling.


8. Cancellation and Rescheduling


We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.


9. Contact for Confirmation


If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours please contact us directly to ensure your request has been received.
